Yankee Mobile Home Community comprises 186 home sites and is a family oriented community.
Our Parks are among the most reasonable housing options in the Seacoast area, with a committed full time office and maintenance staff. Lot rents pay for common area maintenance, snowplowing, waste disposal, emergency utility services, and use of amenities like the playground, a rec center for large gatherings and events, etc.
All homes are “owner occupied” which means they take pride in maintaining their home.

Park rent is $695/month.
We are a pet-friendly park, and we allow 1 dog or cat, no dangerous breeds, 40lb weight limit, must be licensed with town and with up to date rabies certificate.
We offer a secure storage compound for RV’s – up to $35 per month per vehicle.
Application for tenancy requires a credit and criminal background check with a one-time non-refundable application fee of $50.00 per household. Please contact the office for additional fee information.
Maine Mobile Home Parks are classically operated under reasonable rules to promote the character of the Park as a peaceful, attractive, and enjoyable community for all residents. Rules are also in place to promote order, safety, and harmony as well as setting forth the terms of the lot tenancy for each resident.
As differing entities, each Park has it’s own set of rules. Many of these rules are common rules of etiquette designed to make the community more enjoyable for all residents and to promote each resident’s consideration of neighbors in the Park. Management hopes that tenants will take pride in the appearance of the Park and of their homes and lots, and will maintain them accordingly, as we endeavor to do in common, daily.
